What does it mean to be misclassified? 

Being misclassified means, usually, that you are classified as a GRAF/ GRF but either all or parts of your duties should actually be done under an RA contract. This means that you should be a unionized employee who is protected by our Collective Agreement, but these rights have not been granted to you because of your misclassification.
