According to the Ontario Human Rights Code, the University has a legal duty to accommodate employees within reasonable limits, and the Union must offer assistance in accessing those accommodations. If you need an accommodation, you should inform your Employment Supervisor. The Employment Supervisor will pass on the request to the Employee Wellness Services unit promptly. The University and the employee will meet and try their best to find a solution. The employee has the right to have a Union representative present at these meetings
