PSAC 901 Rally Participation Survey
The bargaining committee has presented your non-monetary demands to the Queens administration and so far they have completely refused to engage with any of the issues!
The issues currently being discussed include:
– Increase mental health supports.
-Addressing racism at Queens by creating mandatory paid training and creating RAships dedicated to developing anti-racist tools and materials.
-Removing barriers to accessing accommodations.
-Improving Queen’s response to members who experience sexual harassment and sexual violence.
-Making the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation a statutory holiday. The only way to make Queens care and stop stonewalling your demands is by demonstrating that these issues are things graduate workers care about. The next contract will only include improvements you are willing to fight for!
